DESCRIPTION:En el contexto del Programa de Alimentación Escolar (PAE)\, la creciente presencia de estudiantes con neurodivergencias\, como Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA)\, TDAH y alteraciones del procesamiento sensorial\, plantea desafíos relevantes para la adecuada implementación del servicio alimentario. Estas condiciones pueden influir en la conducta alimentaria\, manifestándose en selectividad alimentaria\, rechazo a ciertas características sensoriales de los alimentos y dificultades en la adaptación al entorno del comedor escolar. En este escenario\, resulta fundamental fortalecer las competencias de los encargados del PAE mediante la entrega de herramientas prácticas que permitan generar entornos alimentarios más inclusivos\, facilitando la participación\, la aceptación de alimentos y el bienestar de todos los estudiantes. \n*ACTIVIDAD CON CUPOS LIMITADOS*
